This wine was born in our vineyards in Cuadro Benegas. We have one hectare, planted in 2008, with 85% Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Syrah. In this case, we waited until we had a uniform ripening to harvest everything together like the old French tradition.

The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation was made directly in French oak barrels where it then aged until 12 months. Two are new and two second use ones. The wine continues in the bottles for ten more months to gain a round, finished, amiable wine.
The vineyard is getting better from year to year and we are very proud of the result of our ítem of 1000 bottles. 

I was away for a few years from this wonderful world of making wines. Now, with this craft winery, we hope to keep learning and together continue the challenge of improving each harvest. I hope you enjoy it as we do!
