Our Ricardo Jurado Malbec 2018 was awarded a silver medal.
Vinalies Internationales – Every year, the Union of French Oenologists organizes one of the most prestigious competitions in the wine world. Over 5 days, the jury members, all experts in sensorial analysis, gather together each morning under the presidency of a French wine specialist, to blind taste wines from all four corners of the world.
In march the argentine wines won 11 gold and 16 silver medals exceeding previous editions and becoming the most awarded country in America and the southern hemisphere.

About us
In 1995 we added to our family a productive country estate in Cuadro Benegas with vineyards established in 1946. Here it is where we discovered the fascinating world of wine and planted more vineyards in order to start making our own wine in only a small shed. Fast forward a few years of hard work, we founded and developed the most ambitious rural project to be ever conceived in Mendoza: Viñas del Golf, a winery coupled with sportive activities, agriculture and real estate. Today Viñas del Golf is managed by an American company and has been renamed: Algodon Wine Estates. The significant experience and recognition that we gained at that time helped us develop our newest project: FINCAS ALUPURA, a productive and eco-sustainable wine community.
