Optimizing vineyard irrigation is crucial for sustainable grape production, as well as for lowering the costs of wine production. With irrigation we can control vine growth and grape quality and quantity.
Water coming from the Diamante River, directly from the Andes, is stored in our central lake. The water is distributed by a custom drip system, allows the control of the exact amount of water needed for each plant as well as the ability to fertilize.
Due to the fact that our community will have more than 60 hectares (148 acres) planted, we will be able to get optimal pricing for the inputs as well as for the sale of the production, and thereby, giving a collaborative concept to the project.
