30 (1 and 2 suites) villas will be built around the central lake with beautiful views to the Sierra Pintada and its sunsets, surrounded by vineyards and walnut trees. Restaurant, Event Room, Spa, Winery, and Dock.
The construction will be mixed, traditional and light, emphasizing sustainability. This means that we will use indigenous materials like stone and dry-stone walls, a traditional technique to build walls widely used by the native huarpes that consists in stacking up natural stones.
The light construction is about the optimization of thermal conditioning, insulation, and energy savings. The look will be minimalist and functional and sustainable, at the same time providing cozy places by using wood and soft textures, with important glass surfaces.
The patios will have decks, flattered concrete with a mixed pergola structure of metal and wood.
We will have three types of villas, semi detached and isolated that, according to the investment, will give approximately 2 to 3% share of the total hotel business.
